I am from little canada and my mom and dad sell christmas trees at the farmers market in asheville! their lot is called sol's creek tree farm! Everything u said is so true..the work it takes to grow the trees the years! they have their own small farm and they are the only one's who tend to it, the farm was started back in the 40's when my grandpa got discharge from the army and bought the land and started the farm. when i smell fraiser fir christmas tress i think of home, it was all we knew. my parents sit out there in the cold from thanksgiving day until christmas eve. the work they put into them jst getting them there is hard! cut, carry, bail, n load, then unload, untie and hang up. not many ppl understand what it takes, and thats why it always makes me upset when they act shocked or rude over prices. then go to the next lot over and buy from the cheap whole sale guy who hired a mexican to work his lot. mm well jst a thought glad u bought from some one in little canada!

I love this shot. What I like most is how it looks like a man who is so accustomed to this tool that he no longer has to adhere to the safety warnings about how to use it.
